The study aims to examine the effect of the psychosocial safety climate (PSC) on well-being at workplace in the health setting.
we examined if this relationship differs according to socio-demographic variables.
to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 108 employees in a public hospital of Slimane Amirat in Touggourt.
to analyze the research data, we also used statistical software for the social sciences (SPSS).
the study finds that there is a significant positive effect of PSC on well-being at workplace.
on the one hand, the multi-group analysis (MGA) showed that the gender affects the link between well-being, management commitment, and organizational communication.
on the other hand, the doctors have a significant effect on these links.
الملخص FRE
L'étude vise à examiner l'effet du climat de sécurité psychosociale (PSC) sur le bien-être au travail dans le secteur de la santé.
nous avons examiné si cette relation diffère selon les variables sociodémographiques (le sexe et la profession).
pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, un questionnaire a été conçu et distribué à un échantillon composé de 108 employés au sein d'un établissement public hospitalier (EPH) de Slimane Amirat de Touggourt.
pour analyser les données du questionnaire, nous avons également utilisé le logiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales (SPSS).
l'étude constate qu'il ya un effet positif significatif du PSC sur le bien-être au travail.
d'une part, l'analyse multi-groupes (MGA) a montré que le sexe affecte le lien entre le bien-être, l'engagement de la direction et la communication organisationnelle, et d'autre part les médecins ont un effet significatif sur ces liens.
