الملخص EN

A new pandemic has turned the world upside down, causing a health crisis with thousands of deaths and enormous repercussions on the global economy.

But given the containment measures and preventive procedures, one positive angle has benefited from this pandemic is the environment, the earth has breathed again with the remarkable decrease of air pollution (reduction of CO2 emissions) for the first time in the world after the second World War and an improvement of biodiversity.

Morocco, like other countries in the world, imposed containment measures and the declaration of a state of health emergency, which were beneficial for the environment, so it is time to learn lessons from this crisis and to rethink and prepare for the end of the crisis (Post COVID 19) with the reconstruction of an economy more respectful of climate and environmental issues.

As well as to give more importance to environmental issues causes to its direct impact on human health.

الملخص FRE

Une nouvelle pandémie a fait bouleverser le monde entier, elle a causé une crise sanitaire avec de milliers des décès ainsi que des énormes répercussions sur l’économie mondiale.

Mais vue les mesures de confinement ainsi que les procédures préventives, un angle positif a profité de cette pandémie c’est l’environnement, la terre a respiré de nouveau avec la baisse remarquable de la pollution atmosphérique (réduction des émissions de CO2) pour la première fois dans le monde après la 2éme guerre mondiale ainsi qu’une amélioration de la biodiversité.

Le Maroc comme d’autres pays dans le monde à imposé les mesures de confinement et la déclaration de l’état d’urgence sanitaire ce qui étaient bénéfique pour l’environnement .Alors c’est le temps de tirer des leçons de cette crise et de repenser ainsi que de se préparer à la sortie de la crise (Post COVID 19) avec la reconstruction d’une économie plus respectueuse des questions climatiques et environnementales.

Ainsi que d’accorder plus d’importance aux questions environnementales vue son impact direct sur la santé humaine.
