The Algerian approach to combating terrorism is one of the successful and pioneering experiences that can be adopted as a model in combating the phenomenon of violence, where this approach is based on two opposing sides, the first is based on a purely security approach focused on tightening the stranglehold on the phenomenon by drying up the sources of funding for terrorist groups, such as the criminalization of ransom to terrorists, which was adopted by the united nations as a law, as well as based on the method of self-defense based on the recruitment of the human element from the same areas that have witnessed the activity of groups, such as the self-defense forces and municipal guards.

the second aspect of the humanitarian approach depends mainly on the adoption of progressive humanitarian laws, starting with the law of mercy and then civil harmony, followed by national reconciliation, which has proved successful and has received international admiration and regional attention and many countries suffering from the same phenomenon have expressed their desire to benefit from this experience, which has been adopted academically in many security and university laboratories.

L’approche Algérienne de la lutte contre le terrorisme est l’une des expériences réussies et pionnières qui peuvent être adoptées comme modèle de lutte contre le phénomène de la violence.

lorsque cette approche prend en charge le conflit deux parties opposées, elle est fondée sur une approche purement sécuritaire axée sur le resserrement de l’emprise sur le phénomène en assèchent les sources de financement des groupes terroristes, la criminalisation de la rançon aux terroristes (adoptée par les nations unies en tant que loi).

elle se base aussi sur la méthode d’autodéfense par le recrutement d’éléments humains des mêmes zones témoins de l’activité des groupes (forces de défense, gardes municipaux).

le deuxième aspect de l’approche est humanitaire, il depend principalement de l’adoption de lois humanitaires progressistes, à commencer par la loi de la miséricorde puis de l’entente civile, suivies de la réconciliation nationale, couronnée de succès et suscitant l’attention internationale et régionale et l’intérêt de nombreux pays souffrant du même phénomène.
