Main Objective : The study intends to evaluate and debate the social and political research legacy on women's political rights at the Arab and international levels.

This may result in increased awareness of the importance of women's political involvement and exercise, as well as the production of scientific information on the similarities, differences, and distinctions connected to them at various levels, both Arab and worldwide.

The study concluded the following most important results : 1- The practice is clear from how women exercise their political role in an effective manner through civil society organizations; the practice focuses on the actor, i.e.

political women, as a means and goal of social change, and this is dependent on community members' awareness of the importance of women's political participation, through socialization, and positive participation through practice, thus transforming the social structure that supports the inferior view of women.

Thus, engagement in political decisionmaking and knowledge of it is one of Bourdieu's conditions of practice, as Bourdieu believes society to be a field of practice, and the practice and political participation of women Independent regions that overlap to eventually lead to the integration of the social structure, with each field differing in its construction and purpose.

2- According to the data and statistics of international organizations involved with monitoring this phenomena, one of the challenges threatening the attainment of targeted development is the inability of women to exercise their political rights in their many manifestations.

3- Misconceptions about religion, excessive uneasiness, and old cultural views of women's traditional and stereotyped roles all contribute to their failure to exercise their political rights.

4-The presence of a link between poverty and a lack of political engagement among women, which weakens them socially, culturally, and economically.
