That after we reviewed a set of legal/convention views regarding the trading of digital currencies, as well as the jurisprudential opinions expressed by a group of legal and economic thinkers, on the realistic and legal formulas that can be adopted to facilitate the issue of dealing with digital currencies, after the gradual elimination of dealing with paper currencies .which still constitutes an obsession for countries and international financial and monetary institutions, in order to take the proverb that says: “the unknown is frightening.” and because change and development are the year of the universe, and because nature does not tolerate a vacuum, we find that the proposed views, and with them the opinions that we have collected and reconciled, to extract what could be a stimulating area for the international monetary fund to interact positively with the reality of dealing with digital currencies as part of the block chain, due to the fund's scientific and legal/conventional competence, as a "specialized international agency", in financial and monetary affairs at the global level, which will make it outweigh the countries that are trying to take digital currencies as a tool for payments and a means to pay immediate and future debts, and thus raise the number from 40 member countries to 192 member countries that make up the fund in their entirety, which will accelerate the approval of the eighth amendment to the provisions of the agreement establishing the imf international (change, activation and revitalization) is an urgent matter in the coming time.
