الملخص العربي

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة التسامح وتأثيره في منع الإبادة الجماعية من منظور إسلامي؛ وذلك من خلال تهذيب وتقويم سلوك الفرد في المجتمع المدني؛ لأن القتل في الإسلام بصورة عامة أبشع الجرائم ويعد من الكبائر والإبادة الجماعية (القتل الجماعي) أبشع منها بكثير، لما فيها من إزهاق أرواح الأبرياء التي حرمها الله تعالى، وانتهاك حرماتهم وأعراضهم والتعدي عليهم بكافة المظالم التي تقوم بها الجماعات المتطرفة في المجتمعات ولا يمنحون لهم حق العيش معهم كأناس بغض النظر عن معتقداتهم وديانتهم.

بما أن التسامح اليوم أصبح جزءا لا يتجزأ من أخلاقيات وتوجهات الأفراد والمجتمعات؛ وله دور بارز يمكن أن تمارسه في مجالات الحياة كافة ، لاسيما في الوقت الحاضر نتيجة لاختلاط المجتمعات بعضها ببعض بطرق وأساليب متعددة سواء أكان من خلال العلاقات الدبلوماسية أم السياسية أم الاجتماعية أم التجارية والاقتصادية أم غيرها.

وبالتالي يكون للتسامح دور كبير في منع هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة والبشعة من خلال التغييرات الفكرية والثقافية والسلوكية لإصلاح ثقافة الفرد داخل المجتمع، وهذا يؤدي إلى تحقيق التكيف والاندماج والتماسك الاجتماعي بين جميع مكوناته وأطيافه السياسية والاجتماعية، وذلك لتقليل البغض الاجتماعي والسياسي بين شرائح المجتمع من جراء الاحتقان الديني والطائفي والمذهبي والتهجير والقتل الحاصل بفعل الجماعات الإرهابية والمتطرفة.

وكل ذلك يمكن أن يتم بفعل دور التسامح الديني لإخماد نار الفتنة المؤدية إلى الإبادة الجماعية بين الأفراد في المجتمع، بصرف النظر عن دينه ولونه وجنسه ومذهبه والطائفة التي ينتمي إليها.

وبذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة بيان دور تسامح الدين الإسلامي لمنع الإبادة الجماعية (القتل الجماعي) بالأدلة من القرآن والسنة النبوية الشريفة.

الملخص الإنجليزي

The aim of this study is to identify forgiveness and its impact in preventing genocide from the Islamic perspective through evaluating the behavior of individuals in the civil society because killing in Islam is the most heinous crime and is considered of major sins and genocide (mass murder) is much horrible than that because it takes lives of many innocent souls that Allah Has prohibited , and the violates of their impunities and honor and abuses them in all the wicked ways that are done by extremist groups in societies and do not give them the right to live with them as humans regardless of their beliefs and religion .Forgiveness today has become an Inseparable part of individuals and societies morals and tendencies and has a prominent role that can be experienced in different fields of life, especially recently as a result of intermingling societies together in different ways whether through diplomatic,political,social ,commercial, and economic relations or other ways.

Consequently, forgiveness has a great role in preventing this dangerous horrible attitude through intellectual,cultural,and behavioral changings by fixing the individuals intellect within the society , and this leads to strengthen the social fusion and ties among its political and social sects to decrease the social political hatred among the social segments which are caused by the religious dogmatic ideological conjunction , and displace and murder that are done by the extremist terrorist groups .

all this can be done through the role of religious forgiveness to quill the disputes that lead to genocide (mas murder) among individuals in society regardless of their religion,gender,and the ideology they belong to.

Forgiveness in Isla is the essence of noble values and it represents the corner stone of coexistence with out killing ,and violence.

And it is one of the necessities of life among individuals at the level of individual and society.

The basic of forgiveness is the openness and the mutual understanding between among us.

Familiarizing must be considerably payed attention to at schools and colleges through education, at home , and in work sites.besides, social media can have vital role in dialogue exchanging to prevail the value of forgiveness in Islam , and show the risks of these ideologist groups because their belief causes envy, killing, hatred, and rage, and causes merciless disease to soul alongside corruption.

And the positive interaction with the others approves the existence of superiority and awareness gap that appreciate the value of humanity and loves peace.

And this magnificent view towards humanity is possessed only by Islam and Muslims, because they have decisive agreement about accepting that there are legislations that contradict theirs , and they reject to force anyone to leave his people , and they accept that the society be consisted of Muslims and non muslins , and they legislate fair laws to be applied upon them and those who are and religiously justified from Ahl al kitab or any others.

So through this study we will try to show the role of Islamic forgiveness to prevent genocide in the light of Quran and sunnah.
