L’Agence Algérienne de promotion de l’investissement : un dispositif promotionnel de l’investissement en Algérie

This study attempts to examine the new promotional device for investment in Algeria in this case the Algerian agency placed under the supervision prime minister, the agency was entrusted by virtue of law n° 22-18 and of decree n° 22-298 with mission of facility and simplifying the act of investing, and of undertaking any action with public or private organization in Algeria.

the objective of our study is to demonstrate the role of the AAPI in improving the business and investment climate in Algeria and its ability the remove obstacles that dissuade investors, in particular following digitalization of its services, nevertheless this new role attributed to the AAPI reveals the centralization of the act of investing in Algeria, and the independence of the agency which is placed under the supervision of the prime minister on the one hand and the component of the board of directors which is quasi-governmental of the other hand.

Cette étude tente d'examiner le nouveau dispositif de promotion de l'investissement en Algérie en l'occurrence l'agence Algérienne de promotion de l'investissement placée sous la tutelle de premier ministre.

l'agence s'est vue confier en vertu de la loi n°22-18 relative à l'investissement et du décret exécutif n °22-298 une mission de facilité et de simplification et d'entreprendre toute action auprès d'un organisme public ou privé en Algérie.

l'objectif de notre étude est de démontrer le nouveau rôle de l'AAPI dans l'amélioration du climat d'affaires et d'investissement en Algérie et sa capacité à lever les obstacles qui dissuadent les investisseurs, néanmoins ce nouveau rôle attribuée à l'AAPI révèle la centralisation de l'acte d'investir en Algérie et indépendance de l'agence qui est placée sous la tutelle du premier ministre d'une part et la composante du conseil d'administration qui est quasi gouvernemental d'autre part.
