This research deals with one of the most important topics of Quranic miracles, which are those vibrating letters used by the Holy Qur'an, and repeated in a striking way and hearing, they vibrate in the ear, and form a distinct rhythm because of the aesthetic dimensions formed by the musical timbre of those letters, including the words that feel the meaning, and move the imagination towards a series of meanings falling apart connected to the word, and since these letters have miraculous connotations, I tried in this research to stand at what was mentioned in the Holy Qur'an in order to reveal About its miraculous facets.

Research problem: What is the miraculous significance of vibrating letters? It is divided into a set of questions, including: What is the concept of these letters? And how much do scientists care about it? What is its miraculous significance? Does it have a role in achieving the purposes of the Holy Qur'an? What is its role in highlighting psychological emotions? Research Objectives: This research aims to study the vibrating letters, and the statement of their miraculous significance in the light of interpretation and the sciences of the Qur'an, and to reveal the concept of those letters, and to indicate the attention of scholars to them, and their semantic value, and their impact on the statement of the miracle of the Holy Qur'an and the achievement of its purposes, and its role in highlighting psychological emotions and suggesting the intended meaning.

Research Methodology: In my research, I used the descriptive, inductive and analytical approach, integrated, to find out the formulas of vibrating letters in the Holy Qur'an, their rhetorical methods, and the masterpieces of their miraculous connotations.

Research Components: This research came in an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, along with a bibliography of sources and references, and an index of topics.

Introduction: It included, the subject of the research, its components, its problem, its objectives, its importance, the reasons for its selection, its methodology, and then the first chapter: defining terms and concepts.

Chapter Two: The miraculous face of vibrational letters.

Then the conclusion, which contains the most important results and the most prominent recommendations, then the sources and references, and the index of topics.

The results of the research, the most important of which are: The research reached results, including: that the concept of vibrating letters has its origins among scholars of language, rhetoric, interpretation and the sciences of the Qur'an.

It has an effective effect on clarifying and manifesting meaning, as it is a manifestation of the miracle of the Qur'an.

He employed them in a way intended to portray situations with the connotations of linguistic sounds.

No linguistic text other than the Qur'an can play this role.

The most prominent recommendations: The need to research the various aspects of the Qur'anic miracles, including the linguistic miracles.

Conducting studies on the effect of vibrating letters on interpretation.

Conducting studies on the morphological miracles of the words of the Holy Qur'an because it is one of the most important areas of Qur'anic miracles.

And emphasizing the importance of linguistic studies of the words of the Qur'an as one of the biggest aids to its interpretation.
