In relation to the importance occupied by the environment and its safety to the individu, society peoples and the international community and the negative effects of environmental pollution and its reflection on human animal and plant life and its impact on fish wealth man has deliberately worked to preserve the int egrity of the environment which prompted us to study the mechanisms that man followed to protect the environment in this paper which It dealt with the definition of the environment in language and idiomatically according to its jurisprudence as the Isla mic religion and all divine religions have taken care of the environment and its protection since ancient times.

And the Saudi regulator separated executive regulations emanating from the Saudi environmental protection system which specialized in all aspe cts of the environment from the land marine and air environment and singled out for each of them an executive regulation in which it stipulated the crimes and penalties prescribed for them and specified the competent authorities that work to protect and monitor the environment.

The study also focused on the scope of application of these regulations Environmental impact study and environmental auditing Requirements for granting permits for environmental overreach according to studies and conditions set by the Saudi regulator in the executive regulations and the Environmental Center was entrusted with following up monitoring and supervising them.

The study also dealt with the definition of the environment in accordance with Sudanese law.

The study that wa s presented through this research paper aims to shed light on the importance of the environment and enlighten individuals about the danger of pollution pollution، and enlighten them about the consequences of violating environmental regulations and the consequences o f the violation of financial penalties as well as what these violations cause of danger to human life plants animals and fish wealth.
