Algeria, as a country whose economy is in a transitional phase, seeks to find compromise solutions that enable it to activate the basic principles of a market economy, as the public institution, with its various concepts, is one of the most important forms of state intervention in economic activity.

To motivate all economic actors to play the role assigned to them, it has become an imperative to shed light on the types of alliances to advance the national economy to face challenges and various crises.

Among these alliances is the temporary gathering of institutions within the framework of organizing public deals.
