مقدمة: توصف الأدوية الخافضة للضغط الدموي على نطاق واسع.
و مع ذلك، يمكن أن يتسبب استخدامها في العديد من الآثار السلبية.
الهدف من عملنا هو تقييم جميع الآثار الضارة المشتبه في علاقتها بالأدوية الخافضة للضغط، و التي تم التبليغ عنها بقسم التيقظ الدوائي في صفاقس خلال الفترة المتراوحة من جانفي 2011 إلى ديسمبر 2014.
الأساليب تم إجراء مسح المساءلة وفق منهج بيجود الفرنسي.
النتائج : لاحظنا ظهور 38 من الآثار الجانبية المشتبه في علاقتها بالأدوية الخافضة للضغط لدى 37 مريضا.
تم تحديد ست فئات من الأدوية الخافضة للضغط : مثبطات الإنزيم المحول للأنجيوتنسين و مدرات البول و حاصرات بيتا، و حاصرات قنوات الكالسيوم، و مناهضات مستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين، 2، و الأدوية المركزية الخافضة للضغط، و المزيج (هيدروكلوروثيازيد .
لوسارتان) اختلفت آليات حدوث هذه التأثيرات.
الخلاصة : يبدو أن التعاون مع مركز التيقظ الدوائي ضروري لاستكمال معالجة هؤلاء المرضى.

Introduction : Antihypertensive drugs are widely prescribed.
However, their use can cause various unwanted effects.
The purpose of our work is to evaluate all the side effects suspected of being related to antihypertensive drugs, notified to the Regional Pharmacovigilance center of Sfax during a period of four years from January 2011 to December 2014.
Methods : The imputability study was carried out according to the French Method of Bégaud.
Results : In our study, 38 side effects suspected to be related to antihypertensive drugs were notified in 37 patients.Six classes of antihypertensive drugs were incriminated : angiotensin conversion enzyme inhibitors, diuretics, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, the angiotensin II receptor antagonists, central antihypertensive drugs and the combination (hydrochlorothiazide-losartan).
The mechanisms of occurrence of these adverse effects were varied.
Conclusion : Collaboration with the Pharmacovigilance Center is necessary to complete the care of patients who have experienced side effects suspected of being related to antihypertensive drugs.
الملخص FRE
Introduction : Les antihypertenseurs sont largement prescrits.
Cependant, leur utilisation peut entrainer divers effets indésirables.
L’objectif de notre travail est d’évaluer tous les effets indésirables suspects d’être liés aux antihypertenseurs, notifiés au service de pharmacovigilance de Sfax durant une période allant du mois de Janvier 2011 au mois de Décembre 2014.
Méthodes : L’enquête d’imputabilité a été réalisée selon la Méthode Française de Bégaud.
Résultats : Trente huit effets indésirables suspects d’être liés aux antihypertenseurs ont été notés chez 37 patients.
Six classes d’antihypertenseurs ont été incriminées : les inhibiteurs de l’enzyme de conversion, les diurétiques, les bétabloquants, les inhibiteurs calciques, les antagonistes des récepteurs de l’angiotensine II, les antihypertenseurs centraux et l’association (hydrochlorothiazide-losartan).
Les mécanismes de survenue de ces effets étaient variés.
