The woman’s body represents an obstacle to a woman’s freedom and her ability to make a number of decisions about her life, as a result of its association with strict social and ethical concepts, as it is the title of honor and a vessel for genealogy, so the researcher found that there is a need to research the social aspect of the body, and the title of the research was: (Sociology of the female body in the Iraqi theater), and the researcher identified the identification of the sociology of the female body in the Iraqi theater as a target for his research, The study included four chapters, the first of which was a definition of the research problem and a statement of its importance and limits, and the second chapter formed a theoretical framework for the study, which included two sections, the first: the sociology of the female body, and the second was entitled: The Women’s Body in the World Theater (selected models), and the chapter concluded with the most prominent indicators that resulted from it Theoretical framework, and the third chapter was devoted to research procedures by adopting the descriptive approach in the analysis, and adopted observation and indicators in the analysis of his sample, and concluded by discussing the most prominent results that he reached through analyzing the sample and counting them as expressive to determine the conclusions of his research, which showed that the relationship of theater with society is like the relationship of a mother to her son in it.

Finally, the researcher made recommendations and suggestions for the importance of following up the topic in a subsequent supplementary study.
