The study aimed to identify the most important political variables that affected the efforts to form the All-Palestine Government in 1948, and to show the positions of the Arab countries, especially the Egyptian and Jordanian positions towards this government.

In the study, the researcher relied on three main approaches: the historical approach, the descriptive approach, and the comparative approach.

The study was divided into five main topics, which dealt with the formation of the All-Palestine Government, and the position of each of Jordan, the Arab countries that support it, and Egypt, the Arab countries that support it, including them, towards that government.

Then it shows the position of the League of Arab States towards it.

Finally, the study showed the most important results and the most important recommendations.

The study reached several results related to the reasons for the failure of the All-Palestine Government, especially with regard to the Palestinian side, the position of Arab countries and the failure of the Arab League to maintain a unified position towards this government.

As for the recommendations, one of the most important of them is the necessity of studying each position of the Arab countries towards the All-Palestine Government separately, and in an in-depth scientific manner; since this position involves many complications: strategic, political, economic, ethnic and historical.

The study also recommended that the Palestinians should manage their positions, with regard to the demand for recognition of a Palestinian state with full sovereignty over the Palestinian land occupied since 1967, with a degree of realism that meets the Palestinian national constants based on the right of return, the right of independence and the right of self-determination.
