Our study is of a qualitative type.
it was conducted with employees who expressed their personal and professional visions of languages in the administrative context.
it focuses on the role of the latter in order to identify their importance but also the difficulties and requirements of the professional world in terms of language skills.
in particular, we look at the representations that speakers make of their own language and that of others.
the objective is to see how representations are related to language insecurity.
the questions that motivate our research provide a better understanding of linguistic insecurity as it manifests itself in the administrative context.
الملخص FRE
Notre étude est de type qualitatif.
elle a été menée auprès de salariés exprimant leurs visions personnelles et professionnelles des langues dans le cadre administratif.
elle porte sur le rôle de ces dernières afin d’identifier leur importance mais aussi les difficultés et les exigences du monde professionnel quant aux compétences linguistiques.
nous nous penchons notamment sur les représentations qu’entretiennent les locuteurs à l’égard de leur langue et celle des autres.
l’objectif étant de voir en quoi les représentations sont liées à l’insécurité linguistique.
les questions qui motivent notre recherche permettent de mieux cerner l’insécurité linguistique telle qu’elle se manifeste dans le cadre administratif.
