الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على درجة توافر متطلبات التعليم المهني وعلاقتها بإيجاد بيئة جاذبة للطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس المهنية في العاصمة عمان.

وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي المدارس المهنية في العاصمة عمان، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (310) معلما ومعلمة، واستخدم المنهج المسحي الوصفي والارتباطي، وتم تطوير استبانة كأداة للدراسة، و تكونت من ثلاث أقسام، الأول للبيانات الديموغرافية، والثاني لقياس درجة توافر متطلبات التعليم المهني، والثالث لقياس درجة توافر بيئة التعليم المهني الجاذبة للطلبة، وقد تم التأكد من صدق و ثبات الأداة.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر متطلبات التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس المهنية في العاصمة عمان جاءت بدرجة (متوسط)، وأن درجة توافر البيئة الجاذبة لطلبة التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس المهنية في العاصمة عمان جاءت بدرجة (متوسط).

كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في العاصمة عمان لدرجة توافر متطلبات التعليم المهني على جميع المجالات (تعليمات وزارة التربية و التعليم المرتبطة بالتعليم المهني، النظرة السائدة في المجتمع، المناهج، المشاغل المهنية، المعلم المهني) تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة: الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الجنس.

وكما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات افراد عينة الدراسة في العاصمة عمان لدرجة توافر بيئة جاذبة للطلبة على جميع المجالات (تعليمات وزارة التربية والتعليم المرتبطة بالتعليم المهني، النظرة السائدة في المجتمع، المناهج، المشاغل المهنية) تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة: الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الجنس.

في حين تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) لمتوسطات لاستجابات افراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة توافر بيئة جاذبة للطلبة على مجال المعلم المهني تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح البكالوريوس.

كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية طردية قوية بين متطلبات التعليم والمهني و بيئة التعليم المهني الجاذبة للطلبة.

في ضوء نتائج الدراسة؛ توصي الدراسة استحداث أمانة عامة في وزارة التربية والتعليم خاصة بالتعليم المهني، وكما توصي ببناء قنوات اتصال مباشر ما بين القطاع الخاص والمدارس المهنية لتقديم الدعم المادي و المالي والتدريبي للمدارس المهني والمعلمين و الطلبة.

The current study aimed to identify the degree of availability of vocational education requirements and their relationship to creating an attractive environment for students from the point of view of vocational school teachers in the capital, Amman.

the study population consisted of teachers of vocational schools in the capital Amman, and the study sample consisted of (310) male and female teachers, and used the descriptive and correlative survey method, and a questionnaire was developed as a tool for the study, and it consisted of three sections, the first for demographic data, and the second for measuring the degree of availability of vocational education requirements and the third is to measure the degree of availability of a professional education environment that is attractive to students, and the validity and reliability of the tool have been confirmed.

the study concluded that the degree of availability of vocational education requirements from the point of view of vocational school teachers in the capital Amman came at a degree (middle), and that the degree of availability of an attractive environment for students of vocational education from the point of view of vocational school teachers in the capital Amman was at a degree of (middle).

the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05≥α) between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample in the capital, Amman, to the extent of the availability of vocational education requirements in all fields (instructions of the ministry of education related to vocational education, the prevailing view in society, curricula, professional concerns, professional teacher) are attributed to the study variables: experience, educational qualification, gender.

the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05≥α) between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample in the capital, Amman, to the extent of the availability of an attractive environment for students in all fields (instructions of the ministry of education related to vocational education, the prevailing view in society, curricula, professional concerns) attributed to the study variables: experience, educational qualification, gender.

while it was found that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05≥α) for the averages of the responses of the study sample members to the degree of the availability of an attractive environment for students in the professional teacher field due to the educational qualification variable, where the differences came in favor of the bachelor.

the results of the study also showed a strong positive direct relationship between educational and vocational requirements and the attractive vocational education environment for students.

in view of the results of the study; the study recommends the creation of a general secretariat in the ministry of education for vocational education, and it also recommends building direct communication channels between the private sector and vocational schools to provide material, financial and training support to vocational schools, teachers, and students.
