و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى (أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي) جاءت ضمن المستوى المرتفع في شركات التأمين العاملة في الأردن، إذ حصل "نمط التفكير الشمولي" على أعلى وسط حسابي بدرجة مرتفعة.

بينما حصل "نمط التفكير التجريدي" على أدنى وسط حسابي بدرجة متوسطة.

و بينت نتائج الدراسة أيضا أن مستوى تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في شركات التأمين العاملة في الأردن جاءت ضمن المستوى المرتفع، حيث حقق بعد "استراتيجية التعبئة للأزمة" على أعلى وسط حسابي بدرجة مرتفعة، و بعد "استراتيجية تفريغ الأزمة" على أدنى وسط حسابي بدرجة متوسطة.

و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة إلى تعزيز اهتمام شركات التأمين العاملة في الأردن بذوي الخبرة في أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي، و وجود عدد من المختصين في التفكير التجريدي و تفتيت الأزمة، و تقديم المزيد من برامج التدريب في استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمة للمدراء و نوابهم و رؤساء الأقسام حيث يكون لديهم القدرة على تشخيص المشكلات وحلها.

The current study aimed to clarify the styles of strategic thinking and their impact on crisis management in insurance companies operating in Jordan in the city of Amman, There are (10) companies, and the study population may consist of (160) individuals (director, deputy director and head of department) at the upper and middle management levels in the companies in the field of study.

The comprehensive survey method was used on the study population in the companies surveyed.

As (160) questionnaires were distributed and (140) usable questionnaires were retrieved.

The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection.

The study reached a number of results, most notably the presence of a statistically significant effect of strategic thinking styles (Holistic thinking style, Abstract thinking style, Diagnostic thinking style, Planning thinking style) on crisis management with its strategic dimensions: (Crisis fragmentation strategy, Crisis emptying strategy, Strategy Crisis diversion, Crisis containment strategy, crisis mobilization strategy) in insurance companies operating in Jordan at the level of statistical significance )0.05(.

The results of the study showed that the level of (Strategic thinking styles) came within the high level in insurance companies operating in Jordan, where the "Holistic thinking style" got the highest arithmetic mean at a high degree.

While the "Abstract thinking style" got the lowest arithmetic mean by a medium degree.

The results of the study also showed that the level of application of crisis management strategies in insurance companies operating in Jordan came within the high level, as it achieved after the “crisis mobilization strategy” at the highest arithmetic mean with a high degree, and after “crisis unloading strategy” at the lowest arithmetic mean with a medium degree.

In light of the results, the study recommended enhancing the interest of insurance companies operating in Jordan with those with experience in strategic thinking styles, and the presence of a number of specialists in abstract thinking and crisis fragmentation, and providing more training programs in crisis management strategies for managers, their deputies and heads of departments, where they have the ability to diagnose problems.
