As it was proven that Ibn Hazm violated the phenomena of the texts, and he was known for his strong adherence to inference in the phenomena of the texts, and accordingly, the study of this type of issues strengthens the fiqhi ability of the specialist through understanding these texts, and considering the reasoning and interpretation that opposes them, by studying and discussing them in a fiqhi study.

The problem of the research is summed up in the fact that some students of knowledge from al-Dhahiriyah and others are quick to challenge those who contradict the apparent meaning of the text without going back to know what is understood and direct the violator of the apparent meaning of that text.
