The study aimed to identify the role of educational leaders in improving the educational outcomes of public education schools in Yanbu Governorate through four areas, namely: the leadership style used, developing the teacher's skills, achieving the aspirations of the learner, and meeting the needs of the local community).

The study population and sample may consist of 89) commander and Ieader in the descriptive approach website, The questionnaire was used as a study tool, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified.

The results showed that educational leaders practice their role to a large extent in improving the educational outcomes of public education schools in Yanbu Governorate through the leadership style.

Through their commitment to promoting the principle of human relations in the educational work environment, And benefiting from Vision 2030 in developing leadership performance.

And it became clear that educational leaders are practicing their role to a large degree in improving the educational outcomes of public education schools in Yanbu Governorate through the development of teacher skills.

Where school leadership supports educational activities and methods that contribute to the development of teachers' skills, School leadership motivates teachers to deliver innovative performance.

It was found that educational leaders are exercising their role to a large extent in improving the educational outcomes of public education schools in Yanbu Governorate by achieving the aspirations of the learner.

Where the school leadership is the learner the first fulcrum of the educational process.

School leadership gives learners the opportunity to develop their leadership skills.

It has been evident that educational leaders perform their tasks to a moderate degree in improving the educational outcomes of public education schools in Yanbu Governorate by meeting the needs of the local community, as school leaders provide opportunities for the school's participation in providing community services needed by the community.

Mechanisms for holding parent councils' meetings were developed to be consistent with the requirements of developing educational outcomes.

The study recommended that the school leadership should put in place advanced mechanisms to periodically evaluate school performance.

And the school leadership's application of future foresight plans related to improving educational outcomes in light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision, And work on crystallizing a clear, participatory vision among all educational practitioners, parents and students, to improve educational outcomes.
