The current study aimed at the effectiveness of an inverted learning program in the development of calendar practices in mathematics teachers for the secondary level, and to achieve this the study used the experimental curriculum with a semi-experimental design and reached the size of the sample of study (33) teachers of mathematics for the secondary school in Qassim region, The study used the observation card tool, which was applied before - after, and was applied tracking after the passage of 4 sevenths and a training program based on inverted learning was prepared in the e-learning environment, a guide to the training program, and the most prominent results of the study: the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of confidence (0.01) between the average grades of members of the experimental group of teachers on the axes of the observation card and its overall score in the tribal and remote applications On the calendar practice note card in favor of the remote application on the card axes and the overall score of the note card, which shows that the averages of the grades of the first axis (60.70), the second axis (108.67) and the overall score (108.67) and the total score (108.67) 169.39) in remote application is greater than average grades of the first axis (19.39), the second axis (33.39) and the total score (52.79) respectively in tribal application.

The impact was significant, with ETA box values on the note card axis and total score greater than (0.14); This indicates differences in the tribal and remote applications on the teacher evaluation practice note card in favour of remote application, which confirms the effectiveness of the inverted learning training program in the development of calendar practices among high school math teachers.

The results of the follow-up application confirm that there are no statistically significant differences between the average grades of the members of the experimental group of teachers on the observation card axes and the overall score in the remote and tracking applications on the calendar practice note card, indicating the continuity of the effectiveness and impact of the training program based on inverted learning.

In the development of calendar practices among high school mathematics teachers four weeks after the application of the program.

Through previous results, the effectiveness of the inverted learning training program in the development of calendar practices among high school mathematics teachers, as well as the continuity of positive results, are confirmed.
