The current study aimed to develop digital skills and usability among students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Beni- Suef, and to determine the most appropriate pattern for displaying the content (total / serial) in terms of its impact on the development of digital skills and usability, and to investigate the impact of mental capacity (high / low) on the development of digital skills and usability, and determine the most appropriate form of interaction between the style of content presentation and mental capacity in terms of their impact on the development of digital skills and usability.

The study tools were: Jean Pascaloni's intersecting forms test, translation (Essaad Al-Banna and Hamdi Al-Banna), cognitive test, performance test, note card, and usability scale.

Researcher preparation.

The experimental processing material was also represented in one of the content presentation modes, an electronic learning environment (Google Classroom), due to its ease of use, accessibility and compatibility with different operating systems.

The study used the experimental design (2X2), where the study sample consisted of (119) male and female students from the College of Education into four groups according to the style of presentation of content and mental capacity.

The study concluded that the students of the experimental group who used the serial content display style over their peers who used the total content display style in the cognitive and performance test and the scale of ability to use digital skills, there were no differences between the two experimental groups due to the difference in mental capacity (high / low) in the cognitive test and the scale of ability For the use of digital skills, while there were differences in favor of the experimental group with high mental capacity in the performance test.
