The main objective of this work is to identify the role of administrative skills in increasing and improving the performance of insurance companies in the city of Tripoli, as well as to detect the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 2a) in the role of administrative skills in increasing and improving the performance of insurance companies in the city attributable to demographic variables.

The study population consisted of a group of workers in several companies in Tripoli, and the researcher chose a random sample, and the researcher created an electronic questionnaire and got one hundred responses.
