Le Co-design consiste à redéfinir la manière et les disciplines déterminant les clients, les communautés … dans le processus de la conception, en dégageant la créativité des designers… À l'ère de la mondialisation, la société nous engage dans une ère de Co - design, où le designer en tant qu'un citoyen actif développe la phase de conception, selon une vision de marketing participatif.
Le Co- design dévoile la notion de la citoyenneté dans un contexte épistémologique.
La citoyenneté engage la notion de la quête d''identité, de collaboration et d'attachement social en rapport avec le monde du Co- design.
