Fishing is an important economic activity all over the world, knowing that the seas and Oceans, representing 71% of the surface of the globe, have been experiencing for several decades an unprecedented increase in the pressures and impacts linked to the various activities of origin.
anthropogenic.
knowing also that more than 50% of the world's population lives on the coasts, this figure will rise to 75% by 2025.
coastal areas are both ecosystems and fragile territories where populations and economic activities, they are therefore particularly vulnerable.
the purpose of this paper is mainly to present the global situation of fishing activity in the context of sustainable development.
we have seen that global fishing capacities are on the verge of reaching maximum yield limits or already exceeded by overexploitation and human pressures; threatened the long-term sustainability of fisheries and their contribution to the food supply across all of the world's fisheries.
الملخص FRE
La pêche est une activité économique importante partout dans le monde, sachant que les mers et Océans, représentant 71% de la surface du globe, connaissent depuis plusieurs décennies une augmentation sans précédent des pressions et des impacts liés aux différentes activités d’origine anthropique.
sachant aussi que, plus de 50% de la population mondiale vit sur les côtes, ce chiffre s’élèvera à 75% d’ici 2025.
les espaces littoraux sont à la fois des écosystèmes et des territoires fragiles où se concentrent les populations et les activités économiques, ils sont donc particulièrement vulnérables.
l’objet de ce papier, consiste principalement de présenter la situation mondiale de l’activité de la pêche dans le cadre du développement durable.
nous avons constaté, que les capacités de pêche mondiale sont sur le point d'atteindre des limites des rendements maximales ou déjà dépassées par la surexploitation et les pressions d’origine humaine; menaçaient la durabilité à long terme des pêches et leur contribution à l’approvisionnement alimentaire sur l’ensemble des pêcheries mondiales.
