Whereas knowledge, based on the acknowledgement of the Prophet Muhammad, has a great influence on the understanding of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, devising Islamic rulings from evidence and imitating the Prophet Muhammad through knowledge; I wrote a research paper entitled "The Declaration Acknowledging the Prophet: A Fundamentalist Study Applying It", in which I talked about the forms of acknowledgement, its authenticity, its facts, and its sections; and the fact that the prophet, peace be upon him, is an important tributary of the statement; It has an outline, a general allocation, an olute restriction, and copies.

I followed the investigative and analytical approach by extrapolating the scientific material on declaration, and some jurisprudence sections of the Islamic jurisprudence books that state the acknowledgement of the Prophet [Peace and Blessings be Upon Him], and I tied the chapters to the origins, by demonstrating the jurisprudential applications of the issue.

It has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the Prophet's approval is widely accepted and that it is an asset upon which scholars base their judgment; Whereas the Year set out what is meant by words, deeds and declarations; For this reason, I recommend researchers study the content of the hadith and then restrict it to one author; This enriched Islamic jurisprudence.
