Islamic Sharia called on its members to be socially united, take into account the conditions and circumstances of the people, and not to take advantage of their needs for medical and other services, and forbid them from doing so; for high prices and obscene profitability without regard for the damage they cause.

The objective of this research was to clarify the reality of medical services, their types, importance, and the rule of their monopoly, and the role of the state in addressing these various monopolistic methods, and the most important ways that Islamic Sharia has provided for dealing with them in light of contemporary developments.

In writing this research, I relied on the comparative analytical induction method by collecting and analyzing the statements of scholars and their evidence, comparing them, and ending with a successful opinion based on the strength of the evidence, and what the purposes of Islamic Sharia require in order to glue.

I came to a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which was the inviolability of the monopoly of medical services; It includes damage and corruption, the permissibility of forcing a monopoly to sell monopolized services at a reasonable price, punishing it when failing to confiscate them, denying it profit, and other remedies.

Among the most important recommendations: to encourage real commercial competition in medical services, to activate the role of the state in monitoring markets, and to impose penalties that deter those who monopolize medical services.
