الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على كيفية معالجة صحيفة لوموند الفرنسية للقضية الفلسطينية وذلك من خلال التعرف على الموضوعات التي تناولتها، واتجاهها نحوها، والشخصيات المحورية التي أبرزتها، والمفاهيم والمصطلحات التي تم ترسيخها، وتعد هذه الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية واستخدمت منهجي الدراسات المسحية وفي إطاره أسلوب تحليل المضمون ومنهج دراسة العلاقات المتبادلة وفي إطاره دراسة الحالة والدراسات الارتباطية باستخدام أداة استمارة تحليل المضمون، واعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية ترتيب الأولويات، واختارت الباحثة للدراسة صحيفة لوموند خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة ما بين 1 / 1 / 2017 وحتى 31 / 12 / 2018م، وتم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل بواقع (608) عددا، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1- جاء موضوع القدس في مقدمة موضوعات القضية الفلسطينية، التي اهتمت بها صحيفة لوموند، إذ بلغت نسبتها 22%، تلتها الدولة الفلسطينية بنسبة 9.4%، ثم مسيرات العودة بنسبة 8.9%، وكان أقلها اهتماما الاعتراف بإسرائيل بنسبة 0.7%.

2- غلب على اتجاه صحيفة الدراسة نحو موضوعات القضية الفلسطينية، الاتجاه المحايد بنسبة %66.7، ثم المؤيد بنسبة 32.6%، وأخيرا المعارض بنسبة 0.7%.

3- اعتمدت صحيفة الدراسة على المصادر الداخلية بنسبة 79.2%، والمصادر الخارجية بنسبة 20.8%.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى توصيات عدة، أهمها: 1.

تزويد كتاب الصحف الفرنسية بالمفاهيم والمصطلحات المرتبطة بالقضية الفلسطينية بالشكل التي تخدم الفلسطينيين، كالتأكيد على "الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة" بدلا من "الأراضي الفلسطينية" و "جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي" بدلا من "جيش الاحتلال".

ينبغي على كتاب الصحف الفرنسية البعد عن التضليل والتهويل، كما وصفت صحيفة لوموند العنف للفلسطينيين، ولم تصور أنه رد فعل مباشر على عنف "إسرائيل".

3.

توحيد المفاهيم والمصطلحات الخاصة بالقضية الفلسطينية، حتى لا يتسنى للإعلام الغربي توظيفها بشكل سيء.

الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed at investigating how the French newspaper Le Monde treated the Palestinian issue through identifying the topics that covered .the trends towards it, the central characters that protruded and the concepts and terms that dealt with them.

This study is considered descriptive research that used two approaches, first, the survey methodology in which content analysis is used, second, the method of studying mutual relations in which a case study and correlative study are used.

According to the tool of the study, the researcher uses content Analysis Card.

Moreover, this study relied on the theory of prioritization.

The researcher chose Le Monde newspaper to be studied during the period between 1/1/2017 and 31/12/2018.

Whereas the comprehensive counting method was used by (608) numbers, and the study concluded with the most important results as following: 1.

The Jerusalem issue was the first one of the Palestinian issues that that Le Monde news paper concerned with at rate of 22%.

The second issue was the Palestinian state at 9.4%, then the Return Marches at 8.9%.

However, the recognition of "Israel" was the least issue that took consideration at 0.7 %.

The most dominated trend towards the Palestinian issues was the neutral trend with a percentage of 66.7%, then the supported one by 32.6%, and finally the opposed trend by 0.7% .

The study depended on the internal sources by 79.2%, and external ones by 20.8%.

The most important recommendations that this study concluded to are as the following: 1.

Providing French news paper writers with concepts and terms related to the Palestinian issue in a way that serves the Palestinians, such as using the term of the occupied Palestinian Lands instead of the Palestinian lands and the "Israeli" occupation army instead of the occupation army .

avoid misinformation and intimidation, just French newspaper writers should 2.

as Le Monde news paper described violence to the Palestinians, however, it did "Israeli" violence .

it as a direct reaction to the not clarify 3.

Unifying the concepts and the terms of the Palestinian issue so that the western media do not misuse them .

الملخص الفرنسي

L'étude vise à déterminer la façon dont le quotidien français « Le Monde » traite la question palestinienne, à travers une identification des sujets abordés par le journal, son orientation, les personnages centraux qu'il a mis en évidence, les concepts et la terminologie qui ont été consacrés, L'étude fait partie des recherches descriptives.

Elle a eu recours à la méthode d’études d’enquête, et dans son contexte la méthode d’analyse de contenu.

Elle a aussi usé de la méthode des interrelations, et dans son contexte l'étude de cas et les études corrélationnelles, utilisant l'outil de formulaire d'analyse de contenu, L'étude s'est aussi appuyée sur la théorie de la priorisation, et la chercheuse a choisi le journal « Le Monde » paru pendant la période du 1/1/2017 au 31/12/2018, utilisant la méthode d'inventaire global.

Au total, 608 numéros ont été étudiés.

L'étude a abouti à un ensemble de résultats, dont les plus importants sont : 1- La question de Jérusalem était au premier plan des articles consacrés à l’affaire palestinienne par le journal « Le Monde », avec un taux de 22%, suivie de l'État Palestinien avec un taux de 9,4%, puis les marches du retour avec un taux de 8,9%.

Le sujet ayant enregistré le taux le plus bas à cet égard concernait la reconnaissance "d'Israël" , il n’a pas dépassé 0,7% .

2- La tendance du journal objet de l'étude sur les questions de l’affaire palestinienne est généralement une tendance de neutralité à 66,7%, puis de soutien à 32,6%, et enfin d’opposition à 0,7% .

3- Le journal objet de l’étude s'est référé à des sources internes dans 79,2% des cas.

Les sources externes n’ayant pas dépassé les 20,8% .

L'étude s'est conclue par plusieurs recommandations, dont les plus importantes sont : 1- Il faut donner aux écrivains des journaux français les mots justes qui s"appliquent au problème palestinien comme les territoires palestiniens occupés et non pas les territoires palestiniens et aussi l'armée de l'occupation "israélienne" et non pas l'armée de l'occupation.

2- Il faut que la presse française ne soit pas discriminatoireen aggravant les faits et accuse les palestiniens de terrorisme Ce que le journal le Monde a fait Il n'a fait aucun signe au terrorisme "israëlien" .

3- Unifier les idées et les mots clés qui définissent le sens propre à la cause palestinienne pour que l'information ne soit pas mal exploitée par la presse européenne
