يسعى المقال إلى توضيح كيفية وجود مفهوم الحرية في كتاب : فلسفة الفعل، حاصة و أن المفهوم ظل هامشيا في بناء دعوى الكتاب، والذي يدف إلى اقتران العقل النظري بالعقل العمل، ويعد مفهوم الفعل هو المسوغ المنطقي لفلسفة الحوار و الاختلاف الثقافي ييدو لنا أن مفهوم الحرية ينظم القواعد والضوابط التي يمكن من خلالها إنشاء فضاء عام مشترك قادر على الترحيب بوجهات نظر مختلفة ومتعددة تحافظ على حرية الفكر والعمل للأفراد والمجتمعات لا معنى للفضاء العام المشترك دون أن يكون عند تقاطع الفضاءات الخاصة للأفراد والجماعات الثقافية.

ولا معنى للحوار المتكافئ سلوب وقيم دون وجود فواعد تدبير الاختلاف الثفافي

الملخص EN

This article seeks to clarify how the concept of freedom is present in the book “The Philosophy of Action” especially that this concept has remained marginal in constructing of the claim of the book, which aims to associate the theoretical mind with the practical mind.

The concept of action is the logical justification for the philosophy of dialogue and cultural difference.

It seems to us that the concept of freedom regulates the rules and regulations by which a common public space can be created which is able to welcome different and multiple viewpoints that preserve the freedom of thought and action for individuals and societies.

There is no meaning for the common public space without being at the intersection of the private spaces of individuals and cultural groups, and there is no meaning for equal dialogue as a method and values without the presence of rules for managing cultural difference

الملخص FRE

L'article cherche à préciser comment le concept de liberté est présent dans le livre "La Philosophie de l'action", d'autant plus que le concept est resté marginal dans la construction de la revendication du livre, qui visait à lier la raison théorique et pratique.

Le concept d'action est la raison d'être de la philosophie du dialogue et de la différence culturelle.

Il nous semble que le concept de liberté régit les règles et les normes par lesquelles il est possible de créer un espace public commun capable d'accueillir des points de vue différents et multiples qui préservent la liberté de pensée et d'action des individus et des communautés.

Il n'y a pas de sens pour l'espace public commun sans se situer aux intersections des espaces privés des individus et des communautés culturels, et il n'y a pas de sens pour le dialogue égal comme méthode et valeurs sans avoir les règles de gestion de la différence culturelle
