الملخص AR

عرفت منطقة البيظان خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين القرنين 13هـ /17م و15هـ / 19م ظهور العديد من المدارس الفكرية والفقهية التي اهتمت بدراسة التراث التشريعي الإسلامي، وقد اختلفت على مستوى المقاربات والمناهج في تفسير الشريعة، وتأويل أحكامها، وطريقة قراءتها لأصول التشريع الإسلامي وتفسير نصوصه، فعم تأثيرها كل منطقة الصحراء، وظهر بها بعض الفقهاء المجتهدين الذين قدموا تبريرات حول اختياراتهم المنهجية والفكرية، وقد اتخذت شكل تيارات واتجاهات فكرية تبنت كل منها خطابا دينيا واتجاها تربويا وتعليميا تماشى مع الاتجاه العام لمنهجها، حيث اهتم بعضها بعلم الظاهر خاصة العلوم الفقهية، واختص بعضها الآخر بالعلم الباطن والغوص في معاني الروح كالتصوف وعلم الكلام، بينما ظل القسم الأخير وفيا لمنهج التقليد والدعوة للعودة إلى منابع الإسلام الأولى وأسلوب السلف الصالح في معرفة أحكام الشريعة والعمل بها.

وتفرعت اتجاهات تأويل الشريعة على مستوى مجتمع غرب الصحراء إلى أربع مدارس هي : المدرسة الفقهية، المدرسة الكلامية، المدرسة السلفية، المدرسة الصوفية.

During the period between the 13 AH/17 AD and the 15 AH / 19 AD centuries, the Al-Baydan region witnessed the emergence of many schools of thought and jurisprudence that were interested in studying the Islamic legislative heritage.

It affected the soil of Beidan, and some hard-working jurists appeared in it, who provided justifications for their methodological and intellectual choices.

It took the form of intellectual currents and trends, each of which adopted a religious discourse and an educational and educational trend in line with the general trend of its approach; Where some of them were concerned with the external sciences, especially the jurisprudence sciences, while others were concerned with the esoteric sciences and diving into the meanings of the soul, such as Sufism and theology, while the last section remained true to the approach of imitation and the call to return to the first sources of Islam and the method of the righteous predecessors in knowing the provisions of Sharia and working with them.

The trends of interpretation of Sharia at the level of Soil of Beidan society are divided into four schools : The jurisprudence school; the speech school; The Salafist School; The Sufi School.

Au cours de la période comprise entre le 13 AH / 17 AH et le 15 AH / 19 AD siècles, la région d'Al-Baydan a vu l'émergence de nombreuses écoles de pensée et de jurisprudence qui se sont préoccupées de l'étude du patrimoine législatif islamique, Son impact a atteint toute la région du Sahara Et y figurèrent quelques juristes diligents, qui justifièrent leurs choix méthodologiques et intellectuels.

Elle se manifesta par des courants et tendances intellectuelles, adoptant chacune un discours religieux et une orientation pédagogique et éducatif conformes à la tendance générale.

Les courants d'interprétation de la charia au niveau de la société ouest saharienne se répartissent en quatre écoles : Ecole de jurisprudence; Ecole de la parole; Ecole salafiste.
