Islamic Sharia (religious law) is objective and universal.

Islam is the perfect religion which is applicable for every place and every age due to its flexibility and just laws.

The present research tackles a very important and crucial issue, manly, Takfeer .this is a disease which has inflicted the nation since the dawn of Islam.

The research falls into three sections.

The first section is about takfeer: its definition and classification the second section touches upon the sources of the takfeeri ideology.

The third section explains the ways and methods of dealing with this ideology.
