Our research seeks to present a vision of the system of international relations according to a contemporary Islamic juristic and legal perspective and what is related to this contemporary Islamic jurisprudential perspective of Islamic rules and principles and their impact on the Arab Islamic and international community, and makes building or formulating this perspective a necessity to protect the interests of the Islamic nation, and activate its global role in urbanization.

And the general human good, the Islamic theory is based on the idea of peace in international relations.

It is a vision based categorically on the unity of (human origin, common interests or a common destiny) Because Islam states that the nature of man, his interests, and his relationships in their interaction and cohesion are like interlocking circles that start with the individual and end with humanity and aim to achieve two goals: (security and peace) and (cooperation), which is the same goal that the theory of contemporary relations pursues.

Formation of the general framework of the Islamic civilization vision in the scope of (preserving religion, soul, mind, offspring and money) that revolves around the interests of the people for peaceful coexistence.

Islamic law has several principles (unity of origin, peace, cooperation, interdependence, and the principle of collective or solidarity responsibility) It frames the international Islamic movement towards the environment or system and institutions of the international community, as it often converges with the nature of the general purposes of Islamic law.

These general principles define the nature of the Islamic vision towards contemporary international relations.

Which contemporary positivist systems try to reach in the system of international relations, because they are based on a set of fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules that provide the possibility and ability to deal with the developments of the age and its variables, such as (the interests sent, bringing interests and warding off evil, and the change of judgments according to the change of time, place and situation, and what is not.
