This study deals with important points of the stimulation process and the attitudes of the users of the industrial economic corporation Sonatrach Skikda towards the stimulus policies applied in it, due to the recent development imposed by the economic and cultural dependency, which prompted our national institutions and organizations of an economic and industrial nature to keep pace with modernity in adopting everything new in every field.
