This research paper aims to highlight the necessary jurisprudence controls that the scholar needs when dealing with issues related to the jurisprudence of Muslim minorities.

These jurisprudence controls are needed to overcome the challenges and the difficult issues that the scholar may encounter.

The paper starts with defining the jurisprudence controls and the juristic deduction of the issue (Alijtihad annawazili) as well as the jurisprudence of Muslim minorities.

Also, the paper distinguishes between two categories of jurisprudence controls needed by the scholar: first, the controls to consider before deriving the juristic judgments of the issue.

Second, the jurisprudence controls to consider in the process while investigating the issue adopting the inductive and analytical approaches.

The paper reaches several conclusions and provides recommendations to master the juristic deduction.

In addition to this tit attempts to fill in the methodological and scientific gaps regarding the jurisprudence of Muslim minorities and the need for minority scholar to know the reality and the rale of Shariaa as well as to recommend the need to take care of the jurisprudence of Muslim minorities and work to activate collective jurisprudence in the contemporary issues of Muslim minorities.
