This research deals with the study and investigation of a manuscript: "Answers of Muhammad Yahya al-Walati (d: 1330 AH) to the questions of Muhammad bin Omar (d 1366 AH).

and the mosque, the tradition, the justified hadith, the disobedience, the inheritance, the arbitration of custom and custom.

i wanted to serve this manuscript, which was not studied, investigated, and published.

the research included an introduction, two papers, and a conclusion.

the first section introduces the author and the manuscript, and the second contains the verified text.

it was chosen for this study to be based on the historical method, and i used it in the historical translation of the owner of the manuscript, and the descriptive method, and i used it in describing the two written versions of the manuscript and its content, and the textual verification approach, and i used it to produce the verified text as desired by the author of the manuscript.

the research concluded with a number of findings and recommendations, the most important of which are: there is no dispute regarding the attribution of this valuable manuscript to the wali jurist.

and that the author concluded in his answers that it is impermissible and valid for the members of the eight banks to own zakat, the impermissibility of lighting the slave (qurati) in the mosque, delegating the payment of zakat to relatives, the permissibility of the Maliki’s imitation of the Shafi’i in speaking out the basmalah in the obligatory prayer, the invocation of the hadith that is justified by confusion, and the permissibility of commenting the unjust disobedient to her husband and refrain from divorcing her, and the disbursement of the inheritance of those who have no heir to the poor and needy, and the inadmissibility of customary arbitration in preventing polygamy.
