الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى واقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية، والتعرف الى مستوى معيشتهن، ومعرفة ان كان هناك فروق في استجابات المبحوثات حول واقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية، ومستوى معيشتهن تعزى لمتغيرات (العمر، ومكان السكن والمؤهل العلمي، وعند الاطفال، ونوع العضوية، ومستوى الدخل)، ومعرفة ان كان هناك أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لواقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية في تحسين.

اجريت هذه الدراسة في الفترة الواقعة بين الفصل الأول من العام (2022-2023) ونفذت الدراسة في جنوب الضفة الغربية في فلسطين، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملات في التعاونيات الإنتاجية والبالغ عددهن (136) عاملة، موزعات على (5) تعاونيات في محافظة الخليل مسجلة رسميا وحاصلة على ترخيص.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باتباع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم بناء اداتان لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة، وهما مقياس واقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية، ومقياس تحسين مستوى المعيشة، وتم تطبيق المقاييس على عينة مكونة من (115) مبحوثا تم اختيارهن بطريقة العينة العشوائية الميسرة.

وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا عن طريق استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) وتم احتساب المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار (ت) (t-test).

وتحليل التباين الأحادي (one-way ANOVA).

واختيار توكي (Tukey)، ومعامل الانحدار الخطي البسيط (R2) (Simple Regression) ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون (Pearson Correlation).

كما استخدام معامل الثبات كرو نباخ ألفا لحساب ثبات الأداة واختبار التجزئة النصفية (Split-Half)، وأظهرت النتائج: -أن الدرجة الكلية لواقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية في جنوب الضفة الغربية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق في متوسطات واقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية تبعا لمتغير التعاونية الصالح (جمعية الشيوخ للثروة الحيوانية)، وتبعا المتغير مكان السكن الصالح النساء اللواتي اماكن سكنهن (مدينة، وقرية)، في حين تبين أنه لا توجد فروق تعزى الباقي المتغيرات الأخرى.

-أن الدرجة الكلية لتحسين معيشة النساء العاملات في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية في جنوب الضفة الغربية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجود فروق في متوسطات مستوى معيشة النساء العاملات في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية في جنوب الضفة الغربية تبعا لمتغير مكان السكن لصالح النساء اللواتي اماكن سكنهن مدينة، وقرية)، في حين تبين انه لا توجد فروق تعزى الباقي المتغيرات الأخرى.

-وجود علاقة ايجابية دالة إحصائيا بين واقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في الصناعة الغذائية وبين تحسين المعيشة في جنوب الضفة الغربية ووجود تأثير ذي دلالة احصائية لواقع عمل النساء في التعاونيات الإنتاجية في تحسين المعيشة.

وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة فإن الباحثة توصي بضرورة الاهتمام بالقطاع التعاوني عموما وعمل التعاونيات على وجه التحديد وتوفير كل ما يلزمها من طاقات ووسائل وخبراء، خاصة وان نتائج هذه الدراسة اظهرت وجود درجة متوسطة لواقع عمل التعاونيات الانتاجية في الضفة الغربية.

أيضا زيادة الاهتمام بالإنتاج الحيواني إلى جانب الإنتاج الزراعي لتحقيق التنمية الزراعية بشقيها النباتي والحيواني خاصة في التعاونيات العاملة في المخيمات، والتي اظهرت وجود ضعف في واقع عملها، كذلك ضرورة قيام وزارة العمل بتحديد استراتيجية عمل واضحة لهذه التعاونيات، وأن تقوم بتقديم الدعم الفني والمالي لها.

The reality of women working in productive cooperatives in the food industry and its role in improving their livelihoods (in the south of the West Bank).

This study was conducted in the period between ( ) months of the year (2022 AD), and the study was carried out in the southern West Bank in Palestine.

Officially registered and licensed.

The study consisted of all female workers in productive cooperatives, whose numbered (136) workers, distributed over (5) cooperatives in the Hebron Governorate, officially registered and holding a license.

This study aimed to identify the reality of women’s work in production cooperatives in the food industry, to identify their standard of living, and to find out if there were differences in the respondents’ responses about the reality of women’s work in production cooperatives in the food industry, and their standard of living due to the variables (age, place of residence, and educational qualification , the number of children, the type of membership, and the level of income), and knowing whether there was a statistically significant effect on the reality of women’s work in productive cooperatives in the food industry .

To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher followed the descriptive correlative approach, and two tools were built to achieve the objectives of the study .

They are a measure of the reality of women's work in productive cooperatives in the food industry, and a measure of improving the standard of living.

The measures were applied to a sample of (115) respondents who were chosen by the easy random sampling method.

The data was processed statistically by using the statistical analysis program (SPSS), arithmetic means, standard deviations, and t-test were calculated.

And one-way ANOVA.

And Tukey's test, simple linear regression coefficient R2 (Simple Regression) and Pearson Correlation coefficient.

The stability coefficient of Cronbach's alpha was also used to calculate the stability of the tool and the split-half test, so the results showed: - The total degree of the reality of women's work in productive cooperatives in the food industry in the south of the West Bank came to a medium degree, and there were differences in the averages of women's work in productive cooperatives in the food industry according to the cooperative variable in favor of (Al-Sheikh Association for Livestock).

And according to the variable of the place of residence in favor of the women whose places of residence (city and village), while it was found that there are no differences due to the rest of the other variables .

- The overall degree of improving the living conditions of women working in productive cooperatives in the food industry in the southern West Bank was came in ahigh degree, and there were differences in the average standard of living of women working in productive cooperatives in the food industry in the southern West Bank, according to the variable of the place of residence in favor of the women whose places of residence city, and village), while it was found that there are no differences due to the rest of the other variables.

- There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between the reality of women's work in productive cooperatives in the food industry and the improvement of living (in the south of the West Bank) and the existence of a statistically significant effect of the reality of women's work in productive cooperatives in improving living conditions.

In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends to pay attention to the work of cooperatives and to provide all the necessary energies, means and experts, especially since the results of this study showed the existence of a medium degree to the reality of the work of productive cooperatives in the West Bank.

Also, increasing the interest in animal production in addition to agricultural production to achieve agricultural development, both plant and animal, especially in cooperatives operating in the camps, which showed weakness in the reality of their work, as well as the need for the Ministry of Labor to define a clear work strategy for these cooperatives, and to provide technical and financial support to them.
