The main objectives of this research were: this research aimed to identify the general level of the total degree of availability of communication skills among the respondents, and to identify the level of availability of each of the studied communication skills among the respondents, as well as identifying the differences between the research governorates with regard to the degree of availability of communication skills among the respondents and also determining the relationship between the total degree of availability of communication skills.

the research was conducted in three randomly selected governorates, Sharkia governorate, Qalyubia governorate, and Beni Suef governorate, and the comprehensive research was (255) responsible for agricultural extension work at the level of agricultural departments in the centers of the three studied governorates, where al-Sharqiya governorate includes (86) respondents, and (67)) in the centers of Qalyubia governorate, and in the agricultural departments in the centers of Beni Suef governorate there are (102) surveyed.

the most important results are summarized as follows: - the general level of the total degree of availability of communication skills is generally average, with an arithmetic average of 79.11 degrees, equivalent to a relative average of 52.74%.

- the level of availability of each communication skill was at the average level, in descending order, as follows: managing emotions, the ability to understand others, then the speaking skill, and finally the listening skill.

- the total degree of communication skills availability of the respondents was positively related at the 0.01 level with all the studied independent variables.

- there are no significant differences between the respondents in the research governorates in the degree of availability of communication skills among the respondents.
