The main objective of this study is to shed light on the impact of the teaching practicum on the development of certain professional competencies of the student intern.
to this end, to conduct this study, we rely on a body of theoretical work aimed at addressing professional development in the internship.
a questionnaire that has been tested and validated “locally” following a set of methodological approaches has been put at the service of the authors.
the sample of the study is composed of 80 student-interns in the teaching of PE in schools in the Wilaya of Bejaia.
the results indicate that the practical training is a space that favors the development of professional skills (planning and evaluation) and transforms the teaching practices of the student trainee (future teacher).
الملخص FRE
L'objectif principal de cette étude est de mettre en lumière l'impact du stage pratique a l'enseignement sur le développement de certaines compétences professionnelles de l'étudiant stagiaire.
a cet effet, pour conduire cette étude, nous nous appuyons sur un ensemble de travaux théoriques ayant pour but d'aborder le développement professionnel en stage.
un questionnaire expertise et valide «localement» en suivant un ensemble de démarches méthodologiques a été mis au service des auteurs.
l'échantillon de l'étude est compose de 80 étudiants-stagiaires en enseignement de l'EPS aux établissements scolaires de la wilaya de Bejaia.
les résultats indiquent que le stage pratique est un espace favorisant le développement de compétences professionnelles (la planification et l'évaluation) et transforme les pratiques enseignantes de l'étudiant stagiaire (futur enseignant).
