تشهد السنوات الأخيرة نقاشا ساخنا حول الطلاق وخاصة حول الخلع، وهو الطلاق الذي تطلبه الزوجة مقابل تعويض مالي للزوج.
فما هو الخلع وكيف تطور وما هي التصورات القائمة حوله؟ للإجابة على هذه الأسئلة، قمنا باستبيان لكشف المعارف والتصورات والآثار المفترضة للخلع على أفراد الأسرة بالإضافة إلى البيانات الإحصائية التي تم جمعها منذ عام 2005.
وتشير أهم النتائج إلى أن الخلع ما زال مجهولا، وأن هناك تباينا بين مواقف الرفض والقبول، وكذا الآثار السلبية الناجمة عنه، خاصة على الزوج، وكذلك على الزوجة التي تلحق بها وصمة العار والسمعة السيئة.
الخلع هو شكل من أشكال الطلاق يترسخ تدريجيا في المجتمع الجزائري ويشير، هذا المقال إلى التغيرات التي يحدثها حول مكانة كل من المرأة والرجل في المجتمع.

For some years now, divorce has been the subject of heated debate, mainly around Khul', which is a divorce requested by the wife in exchange for financial compensation to the husband.
what is Khul', how has it evolved, and what are its representations and perceptions? to answer these questions, in addition to collecting statistical data since 2005, a questionnaire explored the knowledge, representations and supposed effects of Khul' on family members.
the main results indicate a widespread lack of knowledge about Khul' and contrasting representations between condemnation and acceptance, with negative effects mainly on the husband but also on the wife, highlighting stigmatisation and a bad reputation.
Khul' is a form of divorce that is gradually being installed in the Algerian society and indicates changes in the place of women as well as men in society.
الملخص FRE
Le divorce constitue depuis quelques années un objet de débats passionnés autour essentiellement du Khul' qui est un divorce demandé par l'épouse en échange d'une contrepartie financière à l'époux.
qu'est-ce que le Khul', comment il a évolué, et quelles en sont les représentations et perceptions? pour répondre à ces questionnements, en plus de la collecte de données statistiques depuis 2005, un questionnaire a exploré les connaissances, représentations et effets supposés du Khul' sur les membres de la famille.
les principaux résultats indiquent une large méconnaissance du Khul' et des représentations contrastées entre condamnation et acceptation, des effets négatifs, surtout sur le mari mais aussi sur l'épouse mettant en exergue stigmatisation et mauvaise réputation.
le Khul' est un mode de divorce qui s'installe progressivement dans la société Algérienne et indique des mutations dans la place des femmes mais aussi des hommes dans la société.
