الملخص العربي

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة قدرة تقنية سلسلة الكتل على تعزيز جودة خدمات التدقيق في ظل النمو الكبير للأدوات الرقمية والزيادة المطردة في البيانات المالية والتطور الهائل في تقنية المعلومات، وتحديد المخاطر التقنية والتجارية المستحدثة والمحتملة التي يمكن أن تواجه المدقق.

ونظرا لعدم وجود قواعد أو لوائح حاسمة صادرة من الهيئات المهنية ذات الصلة يمكن أن تنظم آلية توظيف سلسلة الكتل، فإن أهمية هذا البحث تنبع من كونه دراسة لعدد من آراء الهيئات المهنية التي تتعامل مع العملات المشفرة والأدوات الفرعية الأخرى التي تقدمها هذه التقنية من أجل تقديم توصيات مفيدة لتوظيف سلسلة الكتل بكفاءة وتعزيز جودة التدقيق والحد من المخاطر المحتملة التي يمكن أن تتعرض لها خدمات التدقيق.

ولقد استند البحث على فرضية أساسية مفادها أن التطبيق الكفوء والمناسب لتقنية سلسلة الكتل في المجال المحاسبي من شأنه أن يعزز جودة التدقيق في الوحدات الاقتصادية.

ولقد توصل الباحثون إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها أن هناك فوائد محتملة من توظيف الوحدات الاقتصادية لتقنية سلسلة الكتل في خدمات التدقيق لكونها ستكون عاملا مساعدا للمدققين في زيادة جودة التدقيق من خلال زيادة عدد العينات والتقليل من الوقت والكلفة، بالإضافة إلى دقة القرار وصفرية الأخطاء، مما سيسمح للمدققين بالتعامل مع البيانات الضخمة بسهولة ومهنية.

كما أوصى الباحثون بضرورة إصدار معايير خاصة بسلسلة الكتل من قبل الهيئات المهنية ذات الصلة من أجل مراقبة رقمنة بيئة الأعمال بما يتوافق مع معايير التدقيق وتجنب الآثار المضرة غير المعروفة على مهنة التدقيق بشكل عام وجودة خدمات التدقيق بشكل خاص.

This research aims to study the ability of blockchain technology to enhance the quality of audit services in light of the great growth of digital tools, the steady increase in financial data and the tremendous development in information technology, and to identify the new and potential technical and commercial risks that may face the auditor, and given the absence of decisive rules or regulations issued of the relevant professional bodies that can regulate the mechanism of employing the block chain.

The importance of this research stems from being a study of a number of opinions of professional bodies that deal with cryptocurrencies and other sub-tools provided by this technology in order to provide useful recommendations to employ the blockchain efficiently and enhance the quality of auditing and limiting one of the potential risks that audit services may be exposed to, and the research was based on a basic premise that the efficient and appropriate application of blockchain technology in the accounting field would enhance the quality of auditing in economic units.

The researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was that there are benefits possible employment of the economic units of blockchain technology in audit services, as it will be an aid to auditors in increasing the quality of the audit by increasing the number of samples, reducing time and cost, in addition to decision accuracy and zero errors, which will allow auditors to deal with big data easily and professionally with auditing standards and avoiding unknown harmful effects on the audit profession in general and the quality of audit services in particular
