This study is centered on the concept that Arabism has to be reformed and restructured in the light of contemporary lingua curricula, with the goal to establish a variance of cultural heritage that is congruent with the modem principles and cultural dialogue with the others.

To accomplish this goal, I have re-evaluated the factors that contribute to our present situation in order to cope with international forces and movement in a way that maintains everyone's uniqueness.

It has become clear that the cultural discourse that we are looking forward to integrating and fusing into our own culture is contextual and benefiting from the experiences of others, which are simultaneously a challenge to us.

Accordingly, it has become a priority that we must be prepared to reassess our potentials and all other possible capabilities that may contribute to restructuring our cultural heritage, through which we can raise a cultural awareness that does not deny the others and their ideologies, but it helps us to coexist with them in a way that features mutual respect among all the parties.lt is also noticeable that the globalization that the Arab thought calls for is harmonious with the various cultural patterns.

Thus, it has become obtions that modernism, which is based on the past heritage, is the best way to interact with the wave of globalization, adopting the best from it, which is homogeneous with our cultural values and heritage, and discarding what comes in conflict with our basic cultural patterns.

We are, here, making a call for the revival of contemporary Arab thought which is based on the notion that the Arabic language should revive in the way it becomes so influential on the international community, with the mission that Arabic has to establish a sort of civilization project that makes use of the globalization movement and is based on a sense of Arabism, unity and integrity.

The study has attempted to address the following topics: 1) Heritage and modernism: towards a constructive approach to understand the relationship between the self and the others.

2) Restructuring the contemporary cultural Arab dialogue and discourse.

3) The cultural dialogue is between the Arab heritage and lingua curricula.
