This study tackles the poetry describing the tools used in the sixth and seventh Hijirian (twelfth and thirteenth A.D) centuries, It sheds light on a number of poets descriptions of these tools used in that period which were pervasively used in Muslim societies .

The study is comprised of three parts; the first approaches the tools used for personal make-up and the tools for improving the environment, The second: approaches the ones used for entertainment, drinking, and games.

The third part: is the poetry which describes the household utensils, furniture, and lightning tools in house and garden.

The study utilized the historical approach surveying information about the poets quoted and the analytical,descriptive approach tackling the tools being studied.

The study concluded that the poetry studied are short quotations written with light rhyme.

The similes are from the immediate environment and structures are common.
