الملخص EN

This study high lights the possibility of applying and implementing the integrated information system using its well-known scientific components as data , processing , information , feed back , inputs and out -puts , and the practical environment based in formation and which intake active connection to these organizations .

A group of organizations working in goods /commodities in Khartoum state were selected randomly to test a study case of these organizations which counted forty organizations , as well the study illustrated the practical and theoretical parts and feasibility of applying the information system in these organizations , and providing a study on how much these organizations can provide and generate an integrated information system that can lead to the appropriate decision of work development aiming at obtaining the objectives seted by these organizations and looking how it would be successful when using or applying within an existence of integrated information system .

The study has come out with some main findings stated as follows : ■ The absence of the scientific form of the information system , where as , the implemented forms are only data processing which probably describing unreal data generated from miss sources and which may specifying unavailable /unavailability at stable times , where all these lead to get unclassifiable results there for , the study has recommended using and applying the integrated information system in these organizations in order to avoided the inaccessibility and problems generated by the applying of inaccurate or slow date processing system .

The data and information for this study was collected by using questionnaires and which have been analyzed by using SPSS program.
