The study aimed define clearly the role of banking marketing achieving bank profits.

The study was carried on AL-Rasheed bank (Iraqi bank), it has been based on an essential hypothesis- that (Marketing activity contributes an effective role in achievement of bank prolit).

The researcher used the descriptive method in the theoretical part, and the conclusional analysis in the practical part.

The study point out many conclusions, the most important of which : The marketing activity contributes to increase bank revenues.

The bank portfolio still confined to very limited aspects without trying to submit new products (services) or entering new markets.

The study concluded with a number of recommendations such as: a good attention about attraction of wealthy depositors and encourage them to investment in different scopes by giving rewards and prizes who is active contribute.
