Study objectives: The study aims to achieve the follwing objectives: This study seeks to identfiy the suggest amodel for professinal intervention to deal with the cases of rienal feilure .

study concepts: the present study basically depends on two following concepts: 1- the suggtion model for profissinal intervention 2- The reinal feilure cases study methodological procedures 1-study type descreption study by social survey by using asample of outpatient of rienal feilure 2-Study Tools A -Semi Structured Interview B -Questionnaire 3-Study Fields 1- Population field the study sampleis compased of 70 outpatients of rienal feilure and 12 social workers 2- Location field the uints of three hospitals in monofia 3-Duration two monthes beginning in february and beginning abrial 2007 study results there are many of obstecls of the social workers role of deal with the patients of rienal feilure suggetion of professinal intervention depending on the crises approach and rliges approach through two stages.
