The present research reflects an endeavour on the constructive role that the university teaching faculty are able to play towards their students.

Two foci are opted.

First is their role in promoting intellectual security.

Second is their target.

The latter are enrolled students at the Hail university.

The research, in its opening passage, presents the prestigious status that a university commands.

The university, it unfolds, is an academic institutions.

Its teaching faculty and students are the torch – bearers of knowledge.

As an academic institution, it carries multiple responsibilities.

Most of such responsibilities fall on the shoulders of the teaching faculty.

The latter play a dynamic and vital role in identifying the perspectives, tasks and objectives of the university.

They have to impress upon the students the importance of education they receive at the university.

They have to explain as well that education will provide them gracious living, honour and chrisma.

Also, it is a key to success, right guidance and moral uplift.

Further, it tends to inculcate creative values, commitment and fervidness to Iman (Faith).

Moreover, it will render them dedicated compliants towards their elite.

Last but certainly not the least, education will generate in them a sense of responsibility towards their community.

The present research, in the subsequent passages, highlights the creative role of the teaching faculty towards their students studying at the Hail university.

The researchers commend this role.

They urge upon the university teaching faculty to strive their best to promote intellectual security among students.

In translating this utopia into tangible reality, Their network has become global in dimension.

Presently, fraudrelated crimes can occur anywhere and anytime.

Such gangs are even posing threat to the world economy.

In short, this problem is growing grave in magnitude.

Islamic Sharia provides a viable solution.

If it is applied, all the fraudrelated crimes falling in the spectrum will come to an end.

For, Sharia is insistent on the perpetual protection of human rights.

A violator is penalised.

No exception is permitted.

The penalty inflicted is deterrent in nature.

In the end, human-being will be able to enjoy life with peace, contentment and gratification.

The summary presentation in the given passages is amply expounded in the the present research.

The researcher has also taken pain to highlight the factors, impacts and the pertinent penalties for the fraudrelated crimes.

Also, he has suggested preventive measures.

His main focus, however, has been on expounding relative Sharia standpoint.
