Many counties are suffering from forgery of documents whether local criminal or persons trying to get into a country illegally .The used method used is to replace a photograph of one person on a legal document by another if done skillfully, it is very difficult to prove that the document belongs to another person and rechecks, this person takes a long time.

The proposed method tries to consolidate the documents containing photograph such is ID card, passport and driving license.

Through matching a connection between the photograph of the ID owner and information in the ID to prevent any attempt to replace photographs of forgery in any way.

The proposed method generates identification number based on human face physical feature.

This feature is the eyes, eyebrow, nose, mouth, face and ears.

System user enters data on the face and identification number in concealed within face data.

This person is carried out by using DCT.

Before a new document is made, the face identification number is calculated, this number will be hidden with portrait data.

When checking the authenticity of the document, the portrait as well as the identification number in the document the identification number of the face is calculated, by comparing the portrait with the features calculated from the face identification number, one can decide whether the document is forged or not.

The proposed system has been validated on an IBM compatible computer using windows IV4e and Borland C++ Builder 1.0 language.
