Praise be to Allah And may peace be upon His Messenger: A study and a survey to the title of the research, "That of Good Smell in the Explanation Of AL-fatiha Surat, by the Imam 'Alaa' al-ddin Ali Ibn Mohammad al- halaby who is known as Ibn khatieb al Nasyriyah (d.

833 h)".

The researcher Ammar Tamalt has presented this manuscript in a documented form, included all its mysteries as for its script, and all the information it contained.

Prior to that, the researcher wrote an introduction included the significance of this manuscript scholarly, and the demonstration of the reasons that bid the researcher to verify and survey this title for a Master Degree.

The researcher conducted a study part for the manuscript itself and for its author.

This part included an introduction of the author and a study of his scholarly life as well as an exclusive study for the age he lived in politically and scholarly.

The study of the manuscript included introducing him codicology, and his methodology followed in presenting and documenting its information.

The researcher concluded his dissertation with a conclusion included the overall summery of the research as well as the Findings and the recommendations derived from the research.

Moreover, the researcher worked multi technical indexes for this dissertation.
