In the light of what is known as modern societies and what it let as crisis : a crisis of identity .crisis of culture a crisis of citizenship .a crisis of education of language……….At least it ‘s to debate in our writing wich uses the reflex of the back ground of tools of analysis which human and social sciences present and the remedy of a mechanism of the mechanisms of change which touches the societies and its the languange which bears our heritage .It’s important to believe that our identity is based on one coherent existence which is a reality that can be the centre for us.

Language was and is still among the tools which takes part in puting the basis of the figures of culture and society and preserving its contimuinty .this citation according to the hypothesis and the methodology of the humman sciences Field and the science of language because this latter is in the core of the subject to construct the two levels the individual and the collective and it’s essential to make relationship .This is one of the reasons that makes teaching languages a crucial case and can also be among the factors which fight the privatisation of language which leads in its turn in creating a problematic of conflicts between languages and identities and this led to the appearance of regimes and modern private values to make the subject wanted by a lot of special ities and represents one of the most important challenges for the modern Algeria and the arabic world especially and this became dominating the debates in the Arabic thinking during more than a century (duo of traditional and modern)the language became the efficient tool among them both and here rises up the problematic of the study of research in looking for the following questions :and the problematic of preading out and cut of the Arabic for learners of foreign languages ?especially if learning the latters is for need of modernization and this can be the cause of the finging of Arabic and the confliet of languages and ideology .the question now is what are drawbacks of the conflict of language in Arabic socities ?And the relationship between teaching the foreign language and its influence on identity ?which means between the problem of identity as a concept and the relationship between identity and language .
