The aim of our work urn to study the fatigue behaviour of the composite material used to manufacture an orthopaedic prostheses of the ONAAPH Annaba.
The used material is the result of the association of polyester resin reinforced by textile glass and perlon fibre.
The behaviour study is based on the material rigidity loss concept, the obtained result are represented as a curve of relative rigidity loss f/fo against number of cycle.
الملخص FRE
Le but de ce travail consiste a mettre en évidence le comportement sous chargement cyclique d'un matériau composite polyester - verre/perlon utilise dans la fabrication des prothèses orthopédiques au niveau de l'ONAAPH.
L'étude du comportement est basée sur le concept de perte de rigidité du matériau.
Les résultats obtenus sont représentés par des combes de perte de rigidité relative f/f0 (rapport de la force instantanée sur la force initiale), en fonction du nombre de cycles.
Ces combes décrivent un comportement spécifique du matériau, Des observations visuelles ont permit de décrire la rupture macroscopique des éprouvettes
