شرح حديث النبي : "لتتبعن سنن من كان قبلكم"

This study presents with analytic interpretation, Hadlth of the Prophet (SAASk “ Verily, you will follow ways of those who have come before you...” It analyzes its authority, studies its text and cites views of scholars about resembling the unbelievers.

It cites opinion of tow schools: the first deems unlawful, any approximation of the unbelievers whatever were the reasons, thus, abiding by (the wording of) the text; the other considers discrimination of similarity: whatever legally acceptable is lawful, and whatever is not should be abandoned.

However, the sound view held by the Prophet and His companions has been discriminatory in this regard.
