The study aims to shed some light on Najtn al-Din Al-Ghazzi (d.1061/1651), The biographer and his two works i,e al-Kawakib al-Sa'ira and Lutf al-Samar.

The historical and al-Ghazzi's concepts on Yemen arc one of the aims to be explained in this paper.

Who were the Yemenis meant by in this paper? They were scholars of religion, sufis, men of letter and language, historians, men of science and al-Ashraf (notables).

Yemenis schools of jurisprudence (madhahib) i.e, Sbaficites Hanafites, Zaydis, and Majikites and sufism, also are experssed in this paper.

In addition, teachers of Yemenis and their students, inside or outside Yemen, their writings and their originality, and finally, subjects of study and Curricula, have taken in consideration.

Inter and outer relations amongst Yemenis and between them and the Arab provinces of Syria, Hijaz and Egypt, and the Ottoman Empire, are explained here.

Finally, the result, that one can say is in fact: there was a clear, similarity in cultural and social life of Yemen, Syria Egypt and Hijaz, and there were very strong relations amongst all of these areas during the 10th A.H./16th B.C.
